on line Datensysteme GmbH respects and embraces the principles of equality and established an affirmative action program for women in the year 2000. Its aim is to increase the percentage of women among the personnel, which is already above industry-average, and give more women the opportunity to not only work in administration and sales departments but also in technical areas. To achieve these goals, female applicants are more strongly considered for apprenticeships, internships and permanent employment after successfully completed training. Furthermore we try to create and advertise apprenticeships and internships in a way that makes them more attractive to young women and girls.
